SIMULTANEOUS CHALLENGE ACTIVATION

Are both evaluations activated at the same time with the BOGO promo?
🧠 Yes, both evaluations are automatically activated at the same time.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
🧠 Both evaluations will remain active as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel the subscription for the main evaluation, the free account will also be automatically canceled.

 

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

When does the subscription for each evaluation start?
🧠 The subscription starts on the day you purchase your evaluation. It renews every 30 calendar days from the initial payment date.

Does the monthly fee apply to both evaluations or just one?
🧠 The monthly fee only applies to one of the evaluations, until it's canceled.

 

ACTIVATION FEE

Is the activation fee also part of the 2-for-1 promo?
🧠 No, the activation fee is not included in the promotion. The activation fee for each evaluation must be paid separately.

Do I need to pay the activation fee for the free account?
🧠 Yes, if you pass both evaluations, you’ll need to pay the activation fee for both.

 

RULES

If I lose my account for breaking a rule, do I lose the free one too?
🧠 No, the free evaluation will remain active until the subscription for the purchased evaluation is canceled.

If I pass one evaluation and fail the other, do I have to wait to pass both to start the Virtual Live?
🧠 Not necessarily. You don’t have to pass both evaluations at the same time. You can continue trading the free evaluation, but you must pass it before the subscription renewal date—or renew it.

Can I replicate the accounts?
🧠 Yes, you can replicate up to 20 evaluations and 3 Virtual Live accounts.

 

RESET

Does the free evaluation include a free reset?
🧠 Yes, as long as your paid evaluation subscription is active and renewed, you can request a free reset.
