Congratulations! Once you meet all the evaluation parameters, your account will automatically move to Phase 2. You don’t need to submit any manual request—our system will handle it for you within a maximum of 12 hours.
📌 If your account isn’t updated within 12 hours, please reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
📌 Please note: You have 30 calendar days to complete the activation process for your Virtual Live account. This period starts the same day you pass your evaluation. If you don’t complete the activation within that time frame, your account will be deactivated.
Go to the Insights (KYC) tab to see your pending Virtual Live account.
To activate your Virtual Live account, follow these steps:
1️⃣ KYC Verification:
Click on “Get Verified” and follow the steps to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer).
📌 You’ll need a phone with a camera and a valid ID from your country of residence or a valid passport.
📌 Once submitted, please allow up to 20 minutes for processing in your Dashboard.
2️⃣ Sign the Agreement:

Click on “Sign Agreement.”
- After reading the agreement, type your name at the bottom exactly as suggested and click Submit.
- Now wait up to 20 minutes for your signature to be processed.
3️⃣ Pay the Activation Fee:
Click “Pay Now,” choose your preferred payment method, and follow the instructions provided.
📌 50K Account – Activation Fee: $150
📌 100K Account – Activation Fee: $150
📌 150K Account – Activation Fee: $150
4️⃣ Done!
Once you’ve completed all three steps, you’ll see them reflected in your Dashboard.
Now just wait for the system to activate your account—it usually takes less than 12 hours.
