Live Resets for DAY accounts - Virtual Live

What Are Live Resets?

Live Resets 🔁 are an option available for Virtual Live accounts that allow traders to restore their initial balance and reset all risk parameters if a rule has been violated. This tool gives traders the opportunity to continue trading without the need to purchase a new account.

Conditions for Applying a Live Reset

To request a Live Reset on a Virtual Live account, the following conditions must be met:

  • The account must have violated a rule. Live Resets are only available for accounts that have been disqualified due to a violation of the program's rules.
  • The reset must be requested within 10 days of the violation. After this period, the account can no longer be reset.
  • A maximum of 3 resets per account. An account cannot be reset more than three times in total.

Live Reset Costs

  • 50K Virtual Live Account: $599
  • 100K Virtual Live Account: $799
  • 150K Virtual Live Account: $1,499

These costs allow traders to regain access without having to purchase a new account from scratch, maintaining the same structure and features of the program.

How to Request a Live Reset?

To apply for a Live Reset, traders must follow these steps:

  1. Log in to their user dashboard.
  2. Go to the Account Management section (Subscriptions).
  3. Select the Virtual Live account that has violated a rule.
  4. Click the Reset button.
  5. Complete the payment using their preferred method.

Once the payment is processed, the account will be reset within 6 hours with the initial balance and original risk parameters restored.

🚨 Additional Considerations:

  • A Live Reset does not modify the original program conditions or change trading rules. It only restores the balance, drawdown, and removes any prior violations.
  • Once a reset is applied, the account operates as if it were new, but the reset history remains unchanged.
  • If an account reaches the limit of 3 resets, it cannot be reset again.
