Live Resets for DAY accounts - Virtual Live

What Are Live Resets?

Live Resets 🔁 are an option available for Virtual Live accounts that allows traders to restore the starting balance and all risk parameters of the account in case a rule has been breached. This tool gives traders the chance to continue trading without needing to purchase a brand-new account.

Conditions to Apply a Live Reset

To be eligible for a Live Reset on a Virtual Live account, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The account must have breached a rule. Live Resets are only available for accounts that have been disqualified due to a rule violation within the program.

✅ The reset must be requested within 10 days of the breach. After this period, the account can no longer be reset.

📌 Up to 3 resets can be applied per account. An account cannot be reset more than three times in total.

Live Reset Costs

  • 50K Virtual Live Account: $599

  • 100K Virtual Live Account: $799

  • 150K Virtual Live Account: $1,499

These costs offer traders a second chance without needing to start over with a brand-new account, while keeping the same structure and features of the program.

How to Apply a Live Reset

To reset your account, follow these steps:

1️⃣ In your Dashboard, go to Subscriptions and select the Virtual Live account you want to reset due to a rule violation. Click the Reset (UnBreach Account) button.

2️⃣ Confirm that you want to proceed with the payment.

3️⃣ Choose your preferred payment method from the list and complete the transaction.

4️⃣ Once payment is completed, the account will be reset within 12 hours with the original starting balance and risk parameters.

📌 If the account hasn’t been reset after this time, please contact us at soporte@uprofittrader.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

🚨 Additional Notes:

A Live Reset does not change the original program conditions or introduce any new trading rules. It simply resets the balance, drawdown, and clears any prior violations.

Once the reset is applied, the account functions as if it were new—without affecting the reset history.

If an account reaches the limit of 3 resets, it can no longer be reset.
