1. INTRODUCTION
The UPROFIT Trading Tournament (the “Tournament”) is a skill-based futures trading competition operated and administered by Uprofit Trader, LLC.
By registering for or participating in the Tournament, each participant (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all decisions of Uprofit, which are final and binding in all respects.
These Terms govern participation in the Tournament, the use of the Tournament website and trading platforms, eligibility to win prizes, and all other matters related thereto.
Do not participate if you do not agree with these Terms or are not eligible under applicable laws.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- The Tournament is open to natural persons who:
- Are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their country of residence (whichever is greater);
- Are legal residents of countries or territories where participation is not prohibited by local law; and
- Are not subject to sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, or any other government or regulatory authority.
- Are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their country of residence (whichever is greater);
- Uprofit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide proof of age, identity, or residence may result in disqualification.
- Employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, or family members of Uprofit or any of its subsidiaries, partners, or associated service providers are not eligible to participate.
- The Tournament is void where prohibited by law.
3. TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- The Tournament is a simulated trading competition designed to test participants’ skills in the futures market.
- Trading occurs exclusively in simulated environments using virtual balances. No real money, capital, or brokerage accounts are used.
- Each participant will receive a virtual trading account with a pre-defined balance and trading parameters communicated before the Tournament starts.
- The Tournament is conducted under specific rules (risk limits, trading instruments, minimum trades, maximum drawdown, etc.) defined and published by Uprofit before each event.
- The Tournament period (start and end dates) will be announced on Uprofit’s official communication channels.
4. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
- Registration must be completed through official Uprofit platforms or websites.
- Each Participant may register only one account per Tournament. Multiple entries, shared accounts, or aliases are strictly prohibited.
- Participants must provide accurate and verifiable information at registration.
- Failure to follow instructions or submission of false data will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants acknowledge that their participation is voluntary and for entertainment and educational purposes only.
5. CONDUCT AND FAIR PLAY
- Participants must maintain respectful conduct toward Uprofit staff and other competitors.
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language or behavior;
- Manipulation of accounts, data, or software;
- Use of multiple identities or third-party accounts;
- Exploiting platform bugs or system errors;
- Sharing or selling Tournament credentials.

- Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent disqualification without refund or prize entitlement.
- Uprofit reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity or irregular trading behavior.
6. OPERATIONAL RULES
- All trades must be executed within the official Tournament platform.
- Each Tournament may impose limits such as:
- Maximum daily loss
- Maximum total drawdown
- Minimum trading days
- Restricted instruments
- Maximum daily loss
- Participants must comply with all published risk-management rules.
- Uprofit may cancel or invalidate trades affected by technical failures, price feed errors, or suspected manipulation.
7. SCORING, LEADERBOARDS, AND RESULTS
- Rankings are based on net profit and loss (PnL) or other metrics as defined in the Tournament announcement.
- Leaderboards are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the final official results.
- In the event of a tie, ranking will be determined using the following criteria:
- Lowest overall drawdown;
- Greater consistency over trading days;
- Decision of the Tournament Committee (final and binding).
- Lowest overall drawdown;
- Final results and winners will be verified and published by Uprofit after completion of the Tournament.
8. PRIZES
- Cash or equivalent prizes will be announced prior to each Tournament.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other value, except as permitted by Uprofit.
- Uprofit reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Prizes will be paid in U.S. dollars or in another currency at Uprofit’s discretion, via payment methods such as wire transfer, Stripe, or crypto (if applicable).
- Participants are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or taxes related to the prize.
- Winners may be required to:
- Provide valid identification;
- Complete tax forms (e.g., IRS W-9 or W-8BEN);
- Sign a prize acceptance and publicity consent form.

9. TAXES AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
- All taxes arising from the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Uprofit does not provide legal or tax advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with a qualified professional.
- Non-U.S. winners may be subject to 30% withholding or local equivalent as per U.S. tax law.
10. USE OF IMAGE AND DATA
- By participating, you grant Uprofit a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, alias, likeness, trading performance, and comments for promotional and educational purposes.
- This may include publication on websites, social media, livestreams, newsletters, and other media.
- No sensitive data (emails, addresses, payment details) will be shared publicly.
- Participants who disagree with this policy should refrain from registering.
11. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
- Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device.
- Uprofit is not liable for connection failures, system outages, data delays, or hardware issues beyond its control.
- In case of technical failures affecting fairness or integrity, Uprofit may pause, reschedule, or cancel affected sessions.
12. DISQUALIFICATION POLICY
Immediate disqualification may occur for:
- Use of multiple accounts or third-party access;
- Breach of drawdown or risk limits;
- Misrepresentation of identity;
- Violation of these Terms or of platform integrity.
Disqualified Participants forfeit all prizes and future participation privileges.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All Tournament materials, software, logos, designs, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Uprofit.
- Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or distribution is prohibited.
- Sharing or public disclosure of internal Tournament data, credentials, or proprietary information may result in legal action.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
- Futures trading involves substantial risk of financial loss.
- Although the Tournament uses simulated accounts, performance in this environment does not guarantee success in real markets.
- The Tournament is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
15. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS
- Uprofit may restrict participation from countries or regions subject to international sanctions or local regulations.
- Uprofit reserves the right to reject entries from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion to comply with applicable law.
16. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION
- Uprofit may amend, suspend, or cancel the Tournament at any time, for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or force majeure.
- In such cases, Uprofit has no obligation to award prizes beyond those officially verified before cancellation.
- Any modifications will be published on the official Uprofit website and take effect immediately.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Tournament, platform, and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uprofit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or accuracy.
- Uprofit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation, technical issues, or loss of data.
- The maximum aggregate liability of Uprofit under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the entry fee (if any) paid by the Participant.
18. PRIVACY POLICY
Uprofit processes participant data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on its website.
By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and limited sharing of your personal information for Tournament administration and communication purposes.
19. ACCEPTANCE
Registration and participation in any Uprofit Trading Tournament constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants are responsible for reviewing updates prior to each event.
